Auspice Enterprises LLC

Built to help service companies do more.

Auspice means support, guidance, and protection. We provide the systems, capacity, and operational support that help commercial service companies handle work their teams don’t have the time or infrastructure to absorb.

The Offer

Bring us the problem.

A company brings us a difficult operational problem, a backlog it can’t get through, or work that has outgrown the systems it’s being run on. We evaluate it, determine whether our systems and capabilities can actually help, and propose the engagement. Where it fits, we process the work using our systems, workflows, and data — then help implement those systems into the company’s own operation, train the team, and support it going forward.

We call that being in service. It is a way of working, not a subscription tier. Your work stays yours — we supply the capacity and the systems behind it.

StageWhat Happens

Where This Came From

These systems were built to run a real facilities business.

Auspice Enterprises operates AUS Environmental Services — a commercial janitorial and floor care company running multi-site programs across Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana since 2019. Every system we work with exists because that business needed it first.

Estimating and pricing that had to hold up against national rate cards. RFP and bid analysis under deadline. Facility and multi-site data that had to reconcile. Work-order intake and scheduling across states. Vendor sourcing and coordination for coverage we couldn’t reach alone. Service documentation, quality control, and client-facing closeout reporting that a facilities manager would actually accept. None of it was designed in the abstract — it was built under operational pressure, by the person doing the work.

That is the whole basis of the offer. We are not software people who studied this industry. We are operators who had to solve these problems and built the tools to do it.

Where the Line Is

Your work stays your work.

Auspice Enterprises operates a facilities-services company, and we understand exactly what that raises for anyone reading this page. So it’s worth stating plainly.

AUS Environmental Services is the facilities-services business. Auspice is the systems, technology, and operational-support side. They are deliberately separate, and the second one is not a route into the first.

Our Commitments to Systems Clients
  • We do not bid against a systems client, or pursue the accounts they are pursuing.
  • We do not contact their customers, and we don’t need customer access to do the work.
  • Their pricing, scopes, site data, and client relationships remain confidential and remain theirs.
  • Work we process is delivered back to them, under their name, for them to submit and own.
  • Where a conflict would exist, we say so before an engagement starts rather than after.

That is what protection means in our name. The point of Auspice is to make a service company stronger on its own terms — not to become one more competitor in its market.

What We Take On

The kinds of problems that fit.

01
Bid and proposal workload
A bid package too large to price by hand, or a proposal workload tying up your estimating staff for weeks. We supply the processing capacity. The bid is yours, submitted by you, under your name.
02
Estimating and pricing
Pricing that isn’t holding up, cost models that don’t account for real route and material economics, or rate decisions made without a break-even.
03
Operational backlog
Work orders, scheduling, and coordination piling up faster than the office can clear them.
04
Facility and operational data
Site lists, service history, and performance records scattered across spreadsheets, email, and portals with no single reconciled source.
05
Vendor and capacity gaps
Coverage you can’t reach directly, and no organized way to source, qualify, and coordinate the subcontractors who can.
06
Documentation and closeout
Clients asking for proof of service you don’t have a repeatable way to produce.
07
Work that has outgrown your infrastructure
Contracts your crews can deliver but your back office isn’t built to run — and no clear read on what would have to change.
Support · Guidance · Protection

What the name means in practice.

Support
Capacity when the workload exceeds what your operation can absorb right now.
Guidance
A read on what to pursue, how to structure it, and what it will actually take to deliver.
Protection
Better documentation, visibility, quality control, and operational discipline — so the work holds up under scrutiny and the company isn’t exposed.
Positioning for Larger Work

Growing into contracts you aren’t built for yet.

A larger contract tends to expose whatever is weakest in a company’s infrastructure. The crews are capable and the work is deliverable, but the estimating, documentation, coordination, and reporting needed to run it at scale don’t exist yet — and there is no time to build them while the work is already moving.

Auspice helps identify those operational gaps and build the systems, processes, and capacity needed to pursue and fulfill larger work. Sometimes that means we run a function while your team keeps operating. Sometimes it means building the system and handing it over. We don’t promise anyone a contract — we make sure the operation behind it can carry the weight.

The Technology Behind It

Systems, not a product catalog.

Auspice maintains an internal operations platform — work-order and site data, service documentation and closeout generation, estimating support, coverage and operational reporting. It is the infrastructure we use to do the work.

Current Status

The platform is used internally and is under active development. It is not currently sold as a standalone commercial software product, and we don’t represent it as a finished one. Engagements are scoped as services; where a system is implemented into a client’s operation, that is defined in the proposal rather than purchased off a price list.
