A multi-state discount retail rollout delivered inside a fixed contracted window — without standards degrading between the first store and the seventy-first.
A national discount retail chain needed full floor care and detail cleaning across 71+ locations spanning Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, completed inside a three-week contracted window.
The difficulty in a rollout like this is not the cleaning. It is that seventy-one stores cannot be serviced sequentially by one crew inside three weeks, and the moment you add crews you introduce the risk that store forty looks different from store four.
AUS organized the locations by geography with drive time built into the schedule rather than treating the store list as a queue. Crews were deployed in grouped blocks so travel was amortized across multiple stores per trip instead of consumed store by store.
Scope and finish standards were fixed before mobilization and documented per location, so consistency did not depend on whichever crew happened to be on site.
All 71+ locations were completed inside the three-week window at the contracted standard. The deployment remains the reference point AUS uses when a client asks whether a small company can mobilize at scale.
It is also the answer to the question procurement actually asks: not whether the work can be done, but whether it can be done the same way in seventy-one places at once.
