Branch work carries requirements most commercial cleaning does not: after-hours access to a secured facility, discretion around confidential material, and a presentation standard that has to hold every single morning a branch opens.
The institution had experienced the pattern common to this trade — a vendor performs for a quarter, then quality drifts as the account is handed down to whoever is available.
